storage bag, simply open the vacuum seal of the storage
bag. Remove the desired garment and then reseal the
vacuum storage bag by pressing down of the top right
hand corner of the storage bag. The seal on the storage
bag is completed by sliding your finger across the top
of the bag. Once the vacuum storage bag is sealed, turn
the one way valve on the front of the storage bag a
quarter turn to the left. Place the handheld pump over
the valve and start pumping. The one way valve on the
vacuum storage bag quickly removes the excess air from
the vacuum storage bag system, shrinking typical
clothing bags to one third their size. This process can
be repeated as many times as is necessary throughout the
day, allowing hikers to meet the current weather
conditions and at the same time reducing the bulk of the
pack they're carrying. The mechanical pump requires no
batteries or power source and stores conveniently in the
smallest of backpacks. The rechargeable pump is
great for resealing food items. The smaller vacuum
storage bags quickly seal out excess oxygen, keeping
foods fresh. The usefulness of the portable vacuum
storage bag shines when it comes to keeping coffee
fresh. Pre grind the beans before your next outdoor
adventure and then seal the fresh grounds in one of
ZipVac's smaller vacuum storage bags. Each morning
unseal the reusable vacuum food bag and remove the
desired amount of coffee. Make sure to reseal the bag
and then pump out all excess air from the vacuum storage
bag. Coffee stored in this fashion will remain fresh
tasting for weeks.
