Official Rules

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE CHANCES OF WINNING.  Eligibility:  Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older.  Employees of Babe Winkelman Productions, Inc., General Motors Corp., their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, distributors, sales representatives, advertising, promotion and judging agencies and the immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each of the above are ineligible.  Void wherever prohibited.

2. How to enter: Entrants register by entering their name, address, age, and phone number into the signup on www.winkelman.com. Enter as many times as you like. For purposes of this sweepstakes a "Day" shall be from 12:00:00 a.m. CT through 11:59:59 p.m. CT. All entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. CT March 1, 2009. Babe Winkelman Productions, Inc., General Motors are not responsible for lost, late, incorrect, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete, or illegible entries. Email entries become property of sponsor and will not be returned.

3. Drawing: A random drawing will be conducted on March 16, 2009 from all eligible entries received.  Selection of a winner will be conducted by Borden, Steinbauer & Krueger, PA, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE CHANCES OF WINNING.

4. Prize:  One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded.  One Grand Prize FISHING TRIP to Gangler’s North Seal River Lodge in Northern Manitoba , Canada will be awarded.  This trip consists of round trip, coach class air travel for one (1) winner and one (1) guest from a major airport nearest winners’ residence to the fishing destination; four full days of fishing, accommodations, professional guides, all meal costs, fishing license fees, and tackle included.  This prize has an approximate retail value of $6,000. All expenses not specified herein, including but not limited to; taxes, gratuities and alcoholic beverages are responsibility of the winner.  Exact travel dates and arrangements subject to availability and blackout dates. Trip must be completed by December 31, 2009.  Actual trip value will depend on points of departure and any airfare fluctuations.  Winner and guest must have necessary travel documentation.

5. Notification of Winner/Claiming Prize:  Prize winner will be notified by mail and will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within 14 days of notification or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.  If prize notification letter or any prize is returned as undeliverable, the corresponding prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. If winner is a minor, prize will be awarded in minor’s name to a parent or legal guardian who must sign and return all required documents and accompany minor on trip. Guest must sign and return liability/publicity release prior to ticketing of prize. Guest of winner must be of the age of majority or must be accompanied by parent/legal guardian.

6. Prize Restrictions:  No substitution or cash equivalent of prize permitted except for substitution by Sponsors for a prize of equal or greater value should featured prize become unavailable.  Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes on prize.  The prize will be awarded. Prize is non-transferable except as provided herein.

7. Additional Terms:  By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges.  By accepting prize, winner agrees to the use of his/her name and/or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.  By accepting prize, winner also agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless, Babe Winkelman Productions, Inc., Borden, Steinbauer & Krueger, General Motors Corp., their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and judging agencies and each of their respective officers, directors and employees from any and all liability with respect to the prize awarded in this sweepstakes and/or participation in any prize related activities or any travel related there-to.

8. Sponsors are not responsible for interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer hardware or software or other technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, garbled or jumbled transmissions or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic, including without limitation, the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information online regardless of cause. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or like entry methods will void all entries affected by such methods and be deemed tampering. Entry material/data that has been tampered with or altered is void. Should multiple users of the same e-mail account enter the sweepstakes and a dispute thereafter arise regarding the identity of the entrant, the authorized subscriber of said e-mail account at the time of entry will be considered the entrant. "Authorized account subscriber" is defined as the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization which is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Sponsors reserve the right at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual (and all of his or her sweepstakes entries) who tampers with the entry process. ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion to cancel or suspend this sweepstakes, and randomly award the prizes from among all elegible entries received prior to action taken by Sponsors, should fraud, virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of Sponsors corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the game.
