2 lbs mule deer, cut into slices while frozen

Cooking oil

1 tsp salt

2 tbsp cornstarch

1 bag of stir fry vegetables

2 cloves garlic sliced

 

Heat oil in wok, sauté garlic until brown.  Remove garlic, add the stir-fry meat and cook until brown.  While browning the meat, you can make the sauce.

 

Sauce:

 

1/2 cup brown sugar

2 tbsp cornstarch

1/2 cup cider vinegar

1 1/2 cup pineapple juice

 

Combine all ingredients stir and cook until clear.

 

Add the stir-fry veggies and simmer.  After a few minutes, add sauce. Let it simmer until the sauce is as thick as desired and serve.
