Print Recipe Redneck Chili

2 LB Venison

Vegetable oil            2 cups of chopped onions or substituted with onion salt

2 (15oz) can of black beans

2 (15 oz) can of kidney beans

2 (28 oz) Can of crushed Tomatoes

2 (5 oz ) can of tomato sauces

2 (6 oz ) can of tomato past

Fresh Jalapeno Peppers chopped ( to taste)

Fresh Habanero Peppers chopped (to taste)

2 cloves of Garlic Chopped, or substituted with garlic power

¾ cup of brown sugar or to taste

1/3 cup of honey or to taste

2 T dried parsley flakes or to taste

2 T chili Powder or to taste           

2 tsp, crumbled dried oregano leaves

½ tsp of ground cumin or to taste

½ tsp ground cayenne pepper or to taste

1/8 tsp  celery salt or to taste

1/8 tsp black pepper or to taste.

 

 

To change it up a bit you can add half the meat hot sausage to give it a different taste. If desired you can add pasta to it. Depending on how sweet you want it add to or take away the honey and brown sugar.  If you put the all measurements in it there will be a sweet taste at first and a bite at the end. Add all ingredients and cook in a slow cooker for 6-8 hours or until meat is cook all the way.
