Print Recipe FISH CRACKER SPREAD

FISH CRACKER SPREAD

Main Ingredients:

1 lb any boneless fish

1 8 oz. pack cream cheese with chive and onion

1/3 C. onions

1/2 t. salt

2 drops hot sauce

2 tbsp. lemon juice

1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce

1 jalapeño pepper

1/2 C. french onion dip

 

Boil fish and let cool.  Mix all other ingredients, and fish together.  Mix these ingredients with food processor, or blender.  You must leave it sit overnight for it to firm up, and get flavors to come out.  This is outstanding with ritz, or saltine crackers.
