1 ½ pounds of salmon filet
lemon pepper, garlic powder and salt to taste
Marinade
1/3 c soy sauce
1/3 c brown sugar
1/3 c water
¼ c olive oil
Season fish with lemon pepper, garlic powder and salt to taste. In small bowl mix in ingredients for marinade. Put marinade in heavy plastic bag along with salmon seal and refrigerate for 2 hours or more. Preheat grill to medium cook 6 to 8 minutes until fish flakes or done.
