Print Recipe Pheasant Parmesan

Pheasant Parmesan

Main Ingredients:

4  pheasants breasts

2  cups italian bread crumbs

1/2  tsp garlic salt

4 tbsp olive oil

2 eggs beaten

Non stick cooking spray (pam)

4 slices provolone cheese

1 small jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce

Sprinkle of parmesan cheese

 

Clean breasts and pat dry, dip into eggs and then into bread crumbs.  Brown in to a shallow pan with olive oil and fry until golden brown.  When done place them in a glass baking dish sprayed with non stick spray.

Then put cheese slices over pheasant breasts, sprinkle with garlic salt and place under the broiler until cheese is melted and brown.  Meanwhile,  heat sauce on low heat.   Place breasts on a plate and pour sauce on and around the breasts, sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
