1 32oz chicken broth
4 cup water
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 8oz fresh mushroom (sliced)
1/4 cup green onions (sliced)
4 cup spinach leaves (torn)
1/2 cup celery (cooked)
2 cans tiny shrimp (drained and rinsed)
1 cup pike or white fish (cooked)
2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp flour
1 cup Vermicelli rice
Chow Mein noodles
Salt and Pepper to taste.
Melt butter, add flour, broth, water, soy sauce, ginger, cayenne pepper, celery, and rice bring to boil. Lower heat then simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Add shrimp, fish, and mushrooms green onions. Continue to simmer for 30 minutes. Serve, top with chow mein noodles.
