1-1/2 lbs. northern pike (cooked)
1 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup onion (chopped)
1 medium green pepper (finely chopped)
8 oz. can sliced water chestnuts (drained)
6 oz. can crab meat (drained)
4 oz. can shrimp, small (drained)
1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup mayonnaise
4 hard boiled eggs (sliced)
1/2 cup butter (melted)
1 cup bread crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350˚. Grease a 2 quart casserole dish. In a large bowl, combine ingredients except bread crumbs and butter. Place in casserole dish. Sprinkle on top with bread crumbs and drizzle with butter. Bake for 30 minutes or until hot.
