Sue's Fish and Chips

How Kris does it...

One thing in our household that we’ve realized over the years is that it’s never too late to use the grill. So this week, I’m going to show you how to make some delicious fish and chips that is simple to make that I just know your family and friends will enjoy it too.

To begin, place 8 of your favorite fish filets in some tin foil. Add some fresh lemon juice, a dab of butter, and some slivered onions on top of the filets. The catch to this recipe is to use a small can of shrimp, putting a little bit on top of each filet. This really adds some flavor.

Next, I’ll coat the fish with some crushed potato chips for that crisp, crunchy taste. Fold the aluminum foil up and place it on a hot grill until the fish flakes.

Besides the delicious taste of these fish and chips, there’s hardly anything to clean up when your done. Just ring the dinner bell and look out as the kids come runnin’
