Low Fat
Salmon Fruit Salad

How Kris does it...

In today’s health conscious world i’m going to show you how to make a delicious salmon fruit salad that will go along with any dish.

In a bowl, I simply mix together 3 diced up bananas, one half-cup of canned diced pineapple with its juice and about a cup and a half of salmon.

I just love the taste of salmon. It goes with pretty much just about anything.

Next, I fold in some diced celery, and a tablespoon of chopped dill pickle. Then I add some low fat mayonnaise to moisten it up a little bit and add some salt and pepper to taste.

Just place this delicious mixture on some fresh greens and garnish it with a couple of fresh lemons and walla. A good looking and even better tasting low fat salmon fruit salad.

The Recipe...

Fresh salad greens
3 ripe bananas (diced)
1/2 cup canned diced pineapple (in its own juice)
1 1/2 c canned salmon
1/2 c celery (diced)
1 tbsp chopped dill pickle
Low fat mayo to moisten
Salt & pepper to taste
Lemon slices

Mix bananas, pineapple and add salmon. Fold in remaining ingredients. Place on fresh greens and garnish with lemon.
