Cobia Pita

2 Tsp Lemon juice
2 Tsp Olive oil
¼ tsp dill weed
Salt and Pepper to taste
Pour over and mix well lettuce leaves shredded
1 pound Cobia (cooked and flaked)
2 Tbsp purple onion (chopped)
1 small tomato (chopped)
Asparagus cut into 1 inch pieces & cooked
Pita bread
Cheese your choice

Place in Pita’s halves2 slices of cheese and Cobia mixture.
