Fish in Orange Sauce

1 to 2 Fish Filets
1 ½ Cup Chicken Broth (divided)
2 Green Onions (chopped)
½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 to 2 Tablespoons Parsley (chopped)
1 Teaspoon Cornstarch
½ Cup Orange Juice
1 Tablespoon Orange Flavored Liqueur
1 ½ Teaspoon Orange Peel

Arrange fish in a microwave baking dish; pour ½ cup chicken broth over fish. Sprinkle with onions, garlic. Cover and microwave for about 8 minutes, or until fish flakes with fork. While fish is cooking, in a saucepan dissolve cornstarch and orange juice, add remaining chicken broth, and stir in orange liqueur and orange peel. Cook over medium heat until thickened.
