1 Pkg. Fresh Tiny Shrimp or 1 Can Tiny Shrimp (drained)
3 Tablespoons Seasoned Breadcrumbs
3 Tablespoons Pepper Jack Cheese (shredded)
2 Tablespoons Butter (melted)
1 ½ Teaspoons Mayonnaise
1/8 Teaspoon Babe Winkelman’s Three Pepper Garlic
1/8 Teaspoon Babe Winkelman’s Savory Season All
Dash Cayenne Pepper
Paprika
3 Walleye Filets
In bowl combine: shrimp, breadcrumbs, cheese, butter, mayo, and all seasonings except paprika. Cut filets in half if large or length wise if smaller. Place filets in 8” greased baking dish. Press shrimp mixture in to Walleye, put remaining shrimp mixture on top of Walleye. Sprinkle with Paprika. Bake uncovered at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes until fish flakes.
