Halibut filets
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup sour cream
8 tablespoons grated cheddar
1 small onion finely chopped
1 can crab meat (drained)
1 teaspoon of Babe Winkelman Brand

Salt & Pepper
Place
halibut in a microwave-safe dish.
Mix together
mayo, sour cream,
4 tbsp grated cheese, onions
and seasoning. Place crab over
halibut
and then pour mixture over filets.
Sprinkle 4 tbsp of grated cheese
on top. Microwave 8-10 minutes
until fish flakes.
