Procedure:
First, pick your destination. Second, call our Dream Trips representative
at 807-482-3877 for availability. We can reserve your space verbally,
but must receive your deposit within a week. We also accept Visa and Mastercard,
if you wish to reserve your space immediately. Once we receive your deposit,
we will mail a packet of information to you regarding your trip and also a
confirmation of your booking.
Payment
Conditions:
A 50% deposit is required to confirm the dates of your booking. Included
in the packet of information sent with confirmation will be a “Liability
Disclaimer”. This disclaimer will need to be signed by all parties going
on the trip, and returned immediately. The remaining 50% of the trip
cost will be due 60 days prior to departure. An invoice will be sent
30 days prior to the 60 day due date. Failure to pay the remaining balance
will cause you to lose your deposit and cancellation of your booking.
Cancellation:
A written cancellation notice will be required. If the canceling party rebooks
space, no penalties will apply. Upon notification of cancellation,
Dream Trips will put the space up for sale. If Dream Trips rebooks
the space, a 15% penalty will apply and all other deposits and payments will
be returned to the canceling party. If the trip does not sell prior
to the balance due date, then all deposits and payments will be forfeited.
Insurance:
Dream Trips advises client and all parties traveling with the client, to obtain
travel insurance to recover expenses for any unforeseen circumstances such
as cancellation of trip, sickness, death, death of a family member, negligence
of any lodge owner and their representatives, riots, acts of God, flight
cancellations and so on. Dream Trips will cooperate with insurance
carrier for any paper work needed.
Disclaimer
of Liability:
Dream Trips acts only as an agent for fish and game lodges, outfitters and
their guides, airlines, other providers of transportation, and lodging facilities
in arranging the services required. The client and their parties by accepting
the services provided agrees and holds harmless Dream Trips from any loss,
expense, damage, accident, delay, inconvenience, injury or death which results
directly or indirectly from any act or failure to act, whether negligent or
otherwise of any such fish and game lodge, outfitter or their guide, airline,
other provider of transportation, or lodging facilities. Dream Trips
also makes no guarantee as to the success of the client in the quantity or
quality of the fish or game that may result from such a booked trip.
The client and their parties
acknowledge that some trips involve inherent
dangers and some may require physical activity. The
client and their parties shall be responsible
for the cost of lodging and transportation for
over nights en route caused by bad weather, flight
schedules, overbooking, cancellations of such
or any other events beyond the control of Dream
Trips. All quoted prices, rates and fees are
subject to change without notice, and the client
agrees to be responsible for same. All applicable
taxes shall be paid by the client. The client
and their parties personal belongings such as
baggage, equipment and other personal items are
the client and their parties responsibility at
all times. The client and their parties
agree and consent that all issues arising and
need to be resolved, shall be vested in the State
of Minnesota, County of Crow Wing.
I/We agree to supply Babe Winkelman
Productions, Inc. and Dream Trips with a photo
or story of any game taken on a fishing or hunting
trip. Babe Winkelman Productions and Dream
Trips may use, at their discretion, any photographs
and stories about the trip for publicity and
advertising purposes without payment to the client.
