Some of the Finest Fishing in the Northwest Territories

Trophy Lake Trout, Arctic Grayling, Northern Pike and even Walleye can be caught from this lodge. Each year, anglers catch Lake Trout up to 60 pounds with many, many in the 20 and 30 pound range. In addition, cast a spinner or a fly for Trophy Grayling and Pike. And if you're really adventurous, do a fly out to one of our Walleye hot spots.

World Record Arctic Char on the Tree River

This river is a hundred miles inside the Arctic Circle . Surrounded by magnificent buttes, the river rushes to the Arctic Ocean only a few miles down river from our camp. The river is known as the best Arctic Char River in the world, holding the current 32 pound world record.

Rate Range: $495 - Fly-in available with a trip to Great Bear Lake.

Fish the Arctic

Well above the arctic circle, the water is very cold and relatively shallow, which makes for vastly different fishing than waters farther south. Gigantic lake trout, pike and graying swim in these waters with a best pike fishing on this monstrous Canadian lake happening at this lodge. You can also take a trip to the amazing Tree River to fish for Arctic Char. This is a great spot to see the actual history of the arctic and catch some world class char.
