Cajun Walleye

2 lbs. Walleye
1/2 cup cornmeal
2 tbsp. Oil
Babe Winkelman Cajun seasoning
1/2 cup flour
2 tbsp. Butter

Mix flour and cornmeal together in medium mixing bowl.  Sprinkle fish on both sides with cajun seasoning, rub in seasoning slightly.   Roll in cornmeal and flour mixture.  Heat in oil and butter.  Fry fish until golden brown turning only once.
