Mike, handles the
day-to-day corporate affairs. He also
oversees the marketing, advertising
and syndication for both "Good
Fishing" and "Outdoor Secrets".

Mike is an extremely
active outdoorsman. He enjoys everything
from fishing, hunting, golfing, backpacking
and canoeing. His real enjoyment now
is introducing the outdoors to his
three children, so they at a young
age can appreciate nature and its beauty.
Donna
Klimek - Office
Manager and Chief Financial Officer
Donna is the Office
Manager and Chief Financial Officer
at BWP and is responsible for all general
accounting. She also coordinates the
preparation and trafficking for each
episode of "Good Fishing" & "Outdoor
Secrets" television shows.
In her spare time,
Donna attends to the needs of 12 miniature
horses and donkeys, which she has trained
to give rides and pull carts. She also
enjoys spending time with her parrot "Nikki",
cockatiel "KiKi", Quaker
parrot" Kodie" and little
Yorkie "Harley".
Jamie is the receptionist/Dream
Trips travel coordinator. If you call
Babe Winkelman Productions, she will
be the first one you talk to. Any orders
that you make for Babe Winkelman products
or information on Dream Trips, she
will be the one to ship it out.
In her spare time,
Jamie loves working with her horses
on her farm. She also donates much
of her time to the local county fair.
Steve is the manager
of Babe Winkelman's Dream Trips, a
division of Babe Winkelman Productions
that works with individuals and corporations
to plan outdoor adventures. These trips
range from hunting and fishing vacations
to product testing and outdoor writer
events, incentives etc. As BWP's filming
coordinator, steve manages Babe's production
schedule and the making of 26 new show
each year.
Steve loves to spend
time with his family in the Great Outdoors.
Besides a deep love for walleye, northern
pike and trout fishing, trophy whitetail's
rank number one. In his spare time,
he works with the family- owned outfitting
business, which caters to whitetail
and bear hunters in Minnesota and Ontario,
Canada.
Brad Alcock - Director
of Underwater Production and Maintenance
Brad heads up the
Underwater Production department and
shoots Kris' Kitchen segments for "Outdoor
Secrets" and "Good Fishing."
He also sees to the
almost endless fishing or hunting equipment
that goes along on each filming trip.
Brad is an avid outdoorsman,
with a deep love for bass fishing and
walleye fishing throughout the year.
Come Fall, Brad's commonly found scouting
or hunting for trophy whitetail, especially
during the rut.
Nate Berg - Director
of Internet Services and Graphic
Design
Nate is one of the
designers of BWP's internet site. He
also heads up our graphics department.
Print ads, posters, autograph pads
and other page layout items are on
Nate's list of responsibilities. If
you need BWP-related pictures or graphics,
he is the one to contact.
Additionally, Nate
is a part time Videographer, Production
Assistant, Editor, a certified scuba-diver
and the coordinator for Babe and Kris'
syndicated columns.
Nate certainly proved
he loves to fish, when at the age of
13, he fished for 1,261 straight days.
Now days, you can still find him searching
for about anything that's willing to
bite. Bass are his greatest passion,
but muskies and panfish don't rank
far behind. During Spring, listen for
gobbling turkeys and very likely Nate
won't be far away.
As the Producer for "Good
Fishing" and "Outdoor Secrets," Ray
oversees each facet of BWP's video
production department. Additional duties
include script writing, commercial
production and sponsor support. If
you have any video production need
that BWP may be able to help you with,
Ray is the place to start.
As a sportsman, the
best way to sum Ray's year-round interests
are with two-word descriptions--slab
crappie, big walleyes and flushing
game birds.
Jim is our chief
Videographer and Avid System editor.
When Jim is not out on the road filming
for upcoming fishing and hunting shows,
generally he is editing on one project
or another. Additionally, Jim manages
all our in-house production equipment
When Jim is home,
you can find him on the local waters
trying his luck for what ever is biting.
However, during the Fall, you might
want to look a little deeper into the
swamp, because waterfowl hunting is
his favorite outdoor activity.
Steve Leary, or “Bulldog” as
he's better known in the Minnesota
sports media circles, left NBC’s
KARE TV, the #1 rated television news
station in the Twin Cities, after a
stellar 10 year run as the station’s
head sports producer to join BWP.
At BWP, Steve will
have the opportunity to pursue two
of his passions. He will remain firmly
fixed in the business of producing
the highest quality media as well as
working with the outdoors market. “KARE
TV has served me very well. I owe them
great thanks for the opportunities
they provided me to further develop
my craft.” Leary said. “However,
the opportunity to move north and help
take BWP to new places is a very exciting
challenge for me. With my two dogs,
my pickup truck and my fishing boat
in tow, I’m ready to turn the
page. I couldn’t dream of a better
next step for my career.”
Don lives in Northwestern
Wisconsin and grew up in Southern Minnesota
and has always loved to hunt and fish.
As he grew older, these interests expanded
into some fantastic experiences all
over the country. Unfortunately, in
the late 1990s he was diagnosed with
MS. These physical limitations, while
slowing him down a great deal, have
not stopped him. He many have to work
a lot harder than the average bear
to accomplish most tasks, but he finds
with hard work most tasks are still
do-able.
